Why analysts are upbeat on Insecticides (India) shares


Sharemasterindia.com: Insecticides (India) (IIL) shares are ready to outperform the key benchmark indices as Centrum Broking and Motilal Oswal believe the share price of the company can jump 43 per cent and 57 per cent, respectively, in the next few quarters.
IIL is a small-cap company with market capitalisation of Rs 975.48 crore and is engaged in the production of formulation and technical agro chemicals and pesticides. It has a portfolio of 99 formulation and 18 technical products

Being in the agrochemical space, monsoon plays a vital role in driving demand for the sector. While there has been a forecast of weak monsoon in 2015, there has not been an instance of two consecutive years of deficient rainfall in the past (2014 monsoon was deficient at 88 per cent of LPA).

Ramky Infra Gains as Lenders Approve Debt Restructuring

Ramky Infrastructure shares rose nearly 5 per cent to hit an intraday high of Rs 30.75 on Tuesday after six lenders from a consortium of nine banks approved the company's debt restructuring plan.

Construction and engineering firm Ramky Infrastructure said in a filing to the BSE that on June 12, the company executed the debt restructuring with six lenders comprising namely State Bank of India, State Bank of Hyderabad, Punjab National Bank, IDBI Bank, ICICI Bank and Axis Bank.

Ramky Infrastructure CFO Vijay Kumar told NDTV that the total debt restructuring package is pegged at Rs 2,700 crore. He also said the six banks, which approved the debt restructuring of the company, constitute about 92 per cent of the restructured debt.

Sharemasterindia.com 3:27 p.m.: Tata Motors jumps 2 per cent to Rs 435 on the back of short covering rally. Meanwhile, Ruchit Jain technical analyst with Angel Broking said that the stock can go up to Rs 455-460 levels where it will face resistance again.

3:24 p.m.: Two wheeler stocks are looking goods on charts and one can buy stocks such as Eicher Motors, TVS, Bajaj Auto and Hero MotoCorp on declines, says Ruchit Jain of Angel Broking.

Nestle India Sees More Than Rs 320 Crore Hit From Maggi Ban


MUMBAI(Sharemasterindia.com): Food giant Nestle's Indian unit said it would take a hit of more than Rs 320 crore ($45 million) from the continuing withdrawal and destruction of its Maggi instant noodles.

Nestle has been battling its worst-ever branding crisis in India since a regulator in the northern state of Uttar Pradesh found monosodium glutamate (MSG) and excess lead in a sample of its hugely popular noodles.

The company on Friday challenged those findings in court but has to continue with the withdrawal until a verdict is reached.

Biocon Rises 3% After Research Arm Gets Nod for IPO

 Sharemasterindia.com: Shares of Biocon rose as much as 3 per cent on Tuesday after the research arm of the biotechnology major received the capital markets regulator's approval to launch an initial public offer (IPO).

Biocon owns an 85.54 per cent stake in Syngene, India's largest provider of contract research services to the pharmaceutical industry.

As per the draft papers, the company plans to sell 22 million equity shares, including reservation of up to 2 million shares for Biocon shareholders, through an offer for sale.

M&M Gains on Aerospace Deal With Airbus


Sharemasterindia.com: Shares of Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) gained on Tuesday after its subsidiary clinched a contract from aircraft manufacturer Airbus at the Paris Air Show.

Mahindra Group subsidiary Mahindra Aerospace bagged a multi-year contract to manufacture aero-components. The value of the contract was not disclosed. The Mahindra group had set up its utility aircraft and aerostructure manufacturing operation with Mahindra Aerospace in 2008.
