United Breweries Q1 Net Down 5% at Rs 123 Crore

New Delhi(Sharemasterindia.com): United Breweries Ltd (UBL) today reported 4.68 per cent decline in net profit at Rs 122.81 crore for the first quarter ended June 30, 2015, against Rs 128.84 crore during the same period of the previous fiscal.
 
The company also announced that Shekhar Ramamurthy will replace Kalyan Ganguly as its Managing Director with effect from August 1, 2015.

Ganguly has decided to retire and pursue other interests, the company said in a filing to the BSE.
